I had the best view I've ever experienced in our lovely trendy room with a remarkable design. The spacious junior suite provided panoramic sea views, making our stay even more unforgettable. Thank you Diane, Ashley, and Neus for your constant courtesy and excellent service. The hotel location was ideal, close to plenty of restaurants with a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a massive range of choices despite minor organization issues. Overall, a beautiful location with top-notch service and breathtaking views.

The hotel offers great rooms with a nice design, a bit lacking in separate toilet and bathroom space but very arty overall. The service is excellent, up to 5-star standards, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The location is excellent, close to both Palma and Puerto Portals, even though a bit limited for those who enjoy walking. The dining experience is good, with some chaotic moments in ordering but homemade pasta is a highlight. The facilities are nice, especially the small balcony leading to the swimming pool.
